Wow this Game is a bad cash grab.
A new indie game from Mega Cat Studios This game tries to present itself as a fresh take on an older concept, but

underneath the surface, it feels like very little has actually improved. The core issues that dragged down the original version is still there, barely addressed and sometimes even more noticeable. Instead of evolving the experience in a meaningful way, it feels like the same flawed cheap game was just been repackaged with a new face on a bad game.
Charging way more than the original for what is essentially the same experience comes across as tone-deaf, especially when longtime players will immediately recognize the recycled design and persistent issues. There is a clear expectation that a higher price should bring refinement or innovation, but neither is delivered here. Looking back at the original version, it was already considered a weak entry that struggled to justify its existence. Unfortunately, this newer iteration does not redeem that reputation. If anything, it reinforces the same criticisms while adding the frustration of a higher cost. The gameplay still feels clunky, the game is shallow, the design decisions remain questionable, and the overall experience lacks the polish needed to stand out.
In the end, this feels less like a genuine improvement and more like an overpriced re-release of a game to try and grab a quick buck. For players hoping for a meaningful upgrade or a modern re-imagining, this will be a disappointment.
If you've never played this series and want to try it, then go buy an older version and save yourself some money but don't waist your cash on this cheap cash grab.
